I did find an article about it on Foxnews.com. It's buried waaay down on the page. Even they admit that tariffs are not paying for this and the money's coming out of a previously allocated pot of money for military housing assistance. Trump straight up said tariffs are paying for it.

Are you still working? I'm done and wife intends to be done by Spring when she turns 60. While her Cobra quote seemed ridiculously high, it's now looking like a bargain based on your bill.
Silver level, my wife has an old neck injury from an old auto accident so she has chronic neck pain and has to see a pain doctor. We are retired living off commercial real estate investments.
