There were a couple more, I think on the top of ice cream but the gnats were so bad on that side as well as waving willy that I was reluctant to stop.
Sorry.

Today I knocked out a few from the Tranquility lot before the humidity stood my sweaty ass down. I got the 3 red waypoints (with the arrows) on the attached map. While doing so, I completely swept the Orange switchback and cleared a handful of other smaller annoyances too. While attempting to navigate the lower part of orange, I somehow found myself on an unmarked connecter that led me to the Broken up Rutherford road. There was a big one there that I cleared. (see before/After pics).

Was hoping to get to ditch/cardiac specifically to get the one under the rock roller, but that didn't quite work out today.

The plan is to get to the eastern side of the park next, although I have spotty availability over the next few weeks. Phish tour, you know. 🙂

Your the best. Thank you

Not sure if you do any work on the Byram Trail but there is a large one down. See pic and map attached.

It's towards the opposite end of the Byram Trail towards Drexel road if you start at the jefferson Lake side. See screenshot. Does that work?

Today, I chased down all known targets on the Eastern side of Allamuchy North. Attacking from 3 different trailheads: Cranberry ledge road, Drexel Drive, and finally Continental Rd lot. I cleared several bonus blowdowns too, including the mammoth one in the attached before/after pics (on Waterloo/517 White). I also visited the fat one AS4321 reported above, to find that another chainsaw fairy took a few bites out of it to make it passable by hikers. I took another few bites out of it to make it easily navigable by bikers.

Anybody know what's up with the Waterloo rd. x Continental dr. parking lot? Drove by it today and the whole area was blocked off with closed signs.

They have been slowly moving down the rail trail from andover since last year ....taking down ash trees is my understanding. They had just been on the north side of north shore road on 206 and that just opened back up last weekso they are probably on the stretch from south shore road to waterloo.

Not to diminish all the hard work, but that tree on the steep roller off cardiac has been sitting since last season…. Anyone have a chainsaw I can borrow ?? I’ll go up this Sunday get rid of it. One of few features I really look forward too there these days
