I am a Clydesdale, I am fat old and slow. I ride slow, stop often and walk up hills when ever needed and am proud of it!;)

well i should have taken the time to take the brakes apart before i started this thread. i tookthe pads out and found them covered in grease. cleaned them and sanded down a little and now seam to work great. thanks for everyones help! and sorry for being such a dumbass:D

Thanks for the help. the brakes are mechanial, i dont think it is the cable and the roters are clean / no grease are grim on them. I looked at u tube to see how the pads come out of the calaper so i will take the pads out today. is there any ajustments to make to the calaper? I am trying not to...
