    Hey Walter.... I used to cramp up every race. I started adding 3 of those tiny scoops of Endurolytes Powder in my Heed bottles a couple seasons ago and never cramped since. Works great for me.

    Has anyone had their VO2 Max and/or lactate threshold tested? It looks like Cadence in Philadelphia has a great facility for it. Any advice or experience with it? Does anyone know where to go in NJ for testing?

    Hey Ellen, the Jamis SuperNova comes out of the box at 18 lbs.... Switching out wheels and tires will get it even lower for sure. I use mine for winter and bad weather riding and commuting and love it!!! :)
