Ok, I just had 2 tubes blowout while putting the tire back on. Both times it occurred near the valve stem. Both times the pump was disconnected but I watched the tube continue to bulge just at the valve stem and the pop. Never seen this before, any ideas before I go for #3?

I've got Oakley's. I swap out lenses depending on lighting conditions. It takes like 30 seconds to swap out. But then again, I'm an Oakley whore going on 20 years now.
