My GPS showed I walked roughly 2 miles in about 1 hr. I was in severe pain and had to push my bike the entire way out...had to stop a bunch of times. Totally blows. I keep playing that turn over and over in my head... Something so easy takes me out like that just pisses me off... but oh well...

Conditions were perfect yesterday. Some wet spots. Unfortunately, a wet root got the better of me and caused me to crash into a tree. Broke my collar bone, and destroyed my shoulder which requires a few screws and a ti plate... oh well, there goes my season. Posted the condensed video ...

I'm in. Missed this event last year but am definitely up for it this year. Going to use my GO PRO HD to film it.

Fun ride at 7am, even with 4 hrs sleep... thanks to everyone for showing up. Trails were a bit wet and slippery in parts... but luckily no mud fest...

.. the last thing we need is a november slopfest... plenty of trails to choose from.. so we'll steer clear...

trails should be nice and tacky come Sunday morning.... I have a loop in mind that will cover 95% of the trails, but I also want to link up with that out and back bridge trail... I think its off Tiger Woods... although its a blur...:hmmm:

Had a blast last week at chimney rock... Was wondering if the same group (and anyone else) wants to do a 7am ride at Allaire State Park???

I'll get the stream crossing next time... I need to cover some hiking aspect for the website...

That race is on my TODO list for next year... The last time I did that race Tim Quilty was dressed up like Santa Claus and had his bike wired with christmas tree lights... hilarious...

Yesterday's ride wasn't bad as soon as we got away from the lake... looks like tomorrow will be the coldest so far...

Bring your warm clothes, its going to be a cold one...

Trails were a bit muddy in some spots but overall wasn't bad.. Posted some pics of todays trails. Going from rt 27 parking lot, I didn't start hauling mud until the wire fences (if you know where I'm talking about)... and the section right before the steepest hill in the park...

I was in there today... and gave directions to a guy and a girl... if that was you...glad it helped somewhat... Unless... that was another guy and girl who are still in there... It was only my second time riding there... but I've picked it up pretty fast.. that place is fun... posted a review...
