    On-One 456

My cousin is looking for a bike for his son and I think this is right up his alley. I've forwarded it on and will let you know.

    Gas powered bikes?

That was us. They were on Triumph Tiger 800, Kawi Versys 650, and Yamaha XZ550, which is a bit of an odd bird. I was in the Corolla hatch, which I love but is no substitute for riding, especially as nice as yesterday was.

    Gas powered bikes?

I met my brothers there (on bikes) for coffee and breakfast sammiches. We were standing across the lot watching the bikes come and go, and saw your crew roll in and out. Not a bad bike in the bunch, but which one is yours?

Are you on a mid or high volume plan? I've struggled with three days of sweet spot and threshold as my ftp increased and that kept me from ever trying one of the higher volume plans. Maybe polarized is the way to go.

2022 Trek Checkpoint SL6 Rival AXS, Size 54, Crimson, $3300 (SOLD)

I keep coming back too, but the reality is that it won't be in the budget for another month or two. Don't fear the wireless...except that once you try it, you won't want to ride anything else and will need a second mortgage to convert the rest of your fleet.

    Post your BooBoo's

^ This. Really bummed any time I hear about something like this. Hopefully your physical injuries heal up quickly, but respect the psychological effects something like this can have and take it easy getting back in the game.

Oddly enough, that's what has been working for me. When I stopped chasing a number on the scale and focused on my macros to fuel the work I want to do, things started moving in the right direction. I, too, take in greek yogurt before bed, but usually it has just berries in it. Salt and...

I do. I try to get about 1g/lb of target body weight. Same here for carbs immediately before/during/after rides. While not officially part of this thread, I follow it closely and use it for the inspiration to try and get, then hopefully stay, fit and healthy. The long term goal is to be able...

    1957 Chevy Belair $45,000

I like everything about this thing, from the color to the stance to the blower. I've forwarded to my circle, but their tastes (budgets) lean more towards the lightweight (rusty). GLWS.

    Kuat NV 2.0 4-Bike Hitch Rack - $300

Bumpity bump price drop. I saw the other one come up and didn't want to step on any toes, but it sold, so here goes. This thing didn't live on the car or anything like that, it's just not new and pretty with the work stand attachment like the other one. Everything works fine, I just don't...

    Ridgid 5700 watt Generator $250

5700 continuous 7125 peak. Yamaha powered. About 10 years old with around 51 hours on the meter. We've lived in the land of constant power outages for the last 3 years and it has run the whole house (the all important internet and all the other unnecessary stuff including fridges, chest...
