Never mind - I'm keeping it. Salsa Vaya 54cm 2018

I had this listed as a whole bike, but since it's dismantled, I am listing it here one more time before it goes to eBay.

2018 54cm frameset with carbon fork, headset (Hope), seat post clamp (Hope, not in pics, but I have it and it's in perfect condition), and ultegra front derailleur. It has a long steerer tube on the fork and I was being conservative before I committed to cutting it, so it's currently at 223mm.

As a bonus, for all you adventurers, it has 3 bottle cage mounts! I used this about 5 months and it has about 500 miles on it. I got it in the fall so didn't use it much through the winter.

It is in EXCELLENT condition with very minor scuffs as shown in pics. I paid $900 for the frameset, and almost $1100 including the other parts. The frameset in this is the exact one I am selling: https://salsacycles.com/bikes/vaya/2018_vaya_apex

Asking $700.

See pics, ask questions 🙂 Thanks!!

One more pic...

I am 5'4" or 163cm and this fit me perfectly! The smaller size was way too small for me. Sooooo, just know that this frame runs a little smaller than you'd expect. I am normally a 52cm road bike for reference.

@GSTim and @Santapez Sorry for the delay. I had to find my scale that was in a box for years 🙂 It weighs 6.2 pounds. When it was built up, the whole bike was just under 22 pounds.

Thanks for answering the questions @Mare45 . I wound up buying a complete bike, so this is still up for grabs.

Someone buy this very cool bike!

Never mind. I love this frame too much and won't part with it for the lame offers I am getting on FB and ebay. Time to decide how to build it up again 😉

I'm looking for a gravel bike that can do light touring. And I'm liking SRAM shifters lately.

So if you can build it up that way for when you sell it built up, that would be great. Thanks. 🙂

Sure thing! What level of SRAM you want? Are you really interested? Cause I didn't start building it up yet 🙂

Rival is good.

I'm maybe interested in 2-3 years. 🙂

Built it up, ride the heck out of it!
