Going Long and Hard.

I can do 35reps with the 100 and 20 with the 150. I can't even move the 200 though. I did 3 sets of each. Doing an FTP test tomorrow to see how much my fitness has gone up.

Hold the 200 don't try to squeeze it. Use the non working hand to help get it to a point where you are just holding the weight. The first 20% of the close is always the hardest because your fingers are extended. Done correctly, muscle irradiation technique is a great way to teach your system to auto engage (great if you are looking to protect from injury or re-injury). I.E. when squeezing these grippers your shoulder and lats should be engaged every time. Below is a PubMed study but what I am trying to get out is best explained in the second link.

Like I said originally... The grip has high representation in the nervous system.

About 240 with less than 15% body fat. I'm 180 now, lol. I'd be amazed if I could pull 400 at this point.

What's a percentage one should aim for as far as Weight? Like Twice your Body Weight? Three times? I think Thor just broke the WR at 1,088 and he's 480 pounds.

Is it accurate? I want to start tracking my fitness but I need to be more consistent with it too. Do the wearables like Fitbit or Garmin help. I was looking into the Whoop but that thing got pre

IDK. I'm not using the number as an actual measurement, just tracking which direction it moves. There's a place in my hood that does a real one.
