5 - For me, this is the perfect quiver. Only thing missing is maybe a road bike if i cared about (and had time to) stay in shape.
In order of ride frequency:

Trail HT - '16 custom Specialized Pitch

DJ - '09 Giant STP 0

I think 4 I could ride in 5 minutes. 3 mountain plus the road bike.

1 more that’s at Utah’s house.

Both cross bikes are not rideable at all.

It should be 7 but it’s 4. I have enough parts maybe to make an 8th. Maybe.
