this is where the curb and "free" sign can provide a feeling of paying-it-forward. Don't worry if there isn't any traffic, the internet takes care of that nowadays.

Tried that approach in the past. We are on a cul-de-sac and don't get enough drive-byes. Crap sat out for days and ended up going to the dump

In 1867, Christian F. Mueller, a German immigrant and professional baker (who arrived in America in 1866),
began making egg noodles by hand in his home in Newark, New Jersey. A one-man operation,
Mueller handled production, sales, and delivery, selling his homemade noodles house-to-house from a wicker basket.
He soon added spaghetti and macaroni and founded the C.F. Mueller Macaroni Co. Mueller died in 1926 at the age of 86
and is buried in Fairmount Cemetery in Newark. You can still find Mueller's on grocery store shelves throughout the eastern United States

Good to know. WM bagster got picked up today - craned into the back of the truck and away went more than 1 ton of crap. If neighbors decide they don't want our old (but still runs) craftsman lawn tractor, might put that out front and see who takes it plus the cart
