Toe warmers and regular shoes should be fine. Anything more, you will prolly have wet stinky feet when temps go up to 45


Columbia Trails has elevation?

but that doesn't happen till like January, it takes a good few weeks of subzero temps to get to the frost line

Down to frost yes but those top layers get stiff quick I need to do a chimney repair

we've never done a real climbing day, I've never even had luck with getting the group to RV, maybe start there first, need to put RV back on the schedule. It's really to terrible at all, it just gets a bad rap

but 20 miles is flat, and good as we hit the colder months. The last few winters were mostly unrideable in Jan and Feb
