By today's standards, Heady isn't the pinnacle of IPA's. But there is a definite "Before and after" Heady. This was an important transition for east coast brewers. Show some respect for the east coast OG.

After a quick stop for the night in Liverpool, made it to the Lakes District in Cumbria. Had this at the hotel bar. Local brewery, Hawkshead Lakeland Gold, 4.4% from the cask.


Had some Guinness and Glenfiddich 18yr for dessert.

DIPAs. IPAs. Pilsner and such. Then a session ipa on can. All solid brews at GREENPOINT as always.

stone - fear movie lions, it is an unfiltered double ipa. need to remember to roll the can first.
its alright - 8.5% - a little boozie. nothing special - no citra, which is nice.
