Name that vomit

So there's an animal that is constantly puking in my yard (i think it's puke anyway). They seem to only prefer the mulched beds. Help me identify the culprit. I live in Madison and have seen the following larger animal pass through: Deer, raccoon, fox, rabbit, hawk, cat.
