2 years in the making and my colorado build is starting

Yes it is , He is not a fan of our chris christie , actually everyone that finds out where i live all say the same thing , he is an asshole

It seems most people you meet in CO are not originally from CO. These same people are also usually the friendliest. As far as hating Christie, I think most people hate us Jersey folk by association. I mean if you associate any group of people with The Sopranos and The Jersey Shore it makes a little sense. Good luck with the build, looks AWESOME !!
 
@mattybfat , yes we are on schedule for next year . I might have it framed and sided this year if time allows , if that's the case we will still be out here next spring starting interior stuff . I'm on the fence about the framing at this point becAuse of the 75 grand in materials and the 100 grand for the labor for the frame /side. ( I'm trying to do this build with out incurring any debt ) either way we will be out next year .
I would like to be complete by next October . Or at least close ,
 
Flew out this morning to meet with a few guys and go to the town to discuss some building questions , unfortunately I was told I have to use Colorado licensed contractors for the electrical and plumbing . I was under the impression that the owner could do it themselves ... This just added 50 grand on the build FUCK !!! So I did what anyone would do in my position and hit the dispensary for some edibles and a couple of j's of Mind Kind Krypto
It's the strongest green on the market at 31 %
Edibles .... really strong !!!!

We had to get a crane to complete the 4 hour well test which was causing a permit issue , thank god it passed

So unfortunately, you can't do the work but have some local contractor "oversee" the work as a consultant or local expert? Not sure if this is possible if you are not a state resident yet or aren't on the licensed CO contractor's license.

That would be me - I ride that bike everywhere, but I can't say I rode fugawe very well, lol. Need a week or two to heal up from cuts and bruises. Looking forward to giving it another attempt. You have come up in a few discussions between me and @mattybfat over more than a few beers.
