Funny you should say that about shirtless men on bikes. I've run into these same 2 guys road biking around Monmouth Co. 1 guy is really big and pulls the other guy that's really small. Both with tight black bike shorts, gym socks and sneakers. They sort of look like the old SNL "Pump you up" guys. No person, pumped up man or Hartshorne Hottie should be shirtless on the road.
