Spinning classes in northern NJ without joining a gym???

IIRC the Marty's here in Hackettstown ran trainer rides in there shop, not sure if they supplied or BYO...So if you live close to one look into that also...

When you say "north" where north do you mean? I do know of a few near me and I do go when it is 2 degrees out or pouring or both.

North Jersey is defined by anywhere in jersey without wawa's

That made me LOL... I live in WaWa-less Morris county...

And when I say spinning I was thinking of these:

Thanks!

We do a trainer night on Tuesdays at 6:15pm at High Gear Cyclery in Stirling. Sessions last from 1-1.5 hours. We have a few loaner trainers you can reserve. It doesn't cost any money and it's a hell of a lot better than doing it alone😀

this would be the only time I could hang on your wheel and not get left in the dust.

Who uses trainers or spin bikes? I'd rather ride in the rain for 4 hours than be on the trainer for 1 hour.

I only do it because I HAVE to. I get paid for being at work though so it's not terrible. I was in the rain yesterday son😀
