Any recommendations for LBSs that stock a good amount of MTB shoes? Looking to spend anywhere between $0-$200. Depends on how it fits I guess.

Ending up getting Mavic Pulse. The had some Pearl Izumi's and Sidi's for a bit more, but they had a bit of a pinch at the toes.

Road them for 5 hrs today. No pain .. they fit like a glove. Took some learning curve, but I'm officially drinking the clipless KoolAid!

sweet you will wonder why you ever rode with out them...

Until, in twenty year or so, you replace them with old bmx pedals again. You'll go out and noodle around, finding the "same old" trails a challenge again and wonder why you ever went clipless... 🙂

Around the same time you'll start looking at magazines from when you first started riding and your memory will trick you into thinking that patently "bad" ideas were, infact, brilliant! "OH I WISH I HAD SOME OF THOSE SUPER BIOPACE RINGS RIGHT NOW!" and "I SHOULD TRIM THESE SILLY WIDE BARS DOWN TO A MORE MANAGABLE TWELVE INCHES"

Or is it just me?

Well my trek 800 has the biopace rings but I still like my clipless, however I might rim my bars down 🙂
