This is a true statement - costs a bunch for a Stihl MSA 300 with a 16" bar and full size chain + entry into their ecosystem.
But wow - instant power, and no idling - just put the saw down, move the log, pick-up start cutting. They also have a top handle eSaw,
which is great when up in a tree (1 handed ops)
I also have their Kombi System (power head, with attachments.) String trimmer, brush cutter, hedge/trimmer - it is a beast around the yard.
I'd like the pole saw attachment.
Still have a big backpack blower, but it doesn't come out at the house - I use the little Ryobi. If it dies i'll get the Stihl battery.
As an aside, I have a battery auger - drives the 4" well, the 6" is ok. battery doesn't last long. has a 12" ice blade, cause Fargo.
