How far are you from the rivers? From prior pics it appears your home is a few feet elevated. Ive been using Flood Alert app to monitor the beach house. Good luck and stay safe.
Elevation wise, far enough. Concern more is ground saturation and the slope of our property. But realistically the rivers can't get this high.
Been pouring for a day and the storm hasn't even hit us yet. Seen lots of crazy pictures/videos.
Someone’s gonna be upset at the next stop.

i think steve's mentioned it before, but the neighbor across the street has an SUV parked on their lawn... just kinda showed up one day, moved it once to turn it around and it's been parked there ever since. we haven't seen any work being done on it or anything. well, now that it's fall and and leaves are coming down and everyone's doing yard cleanup, the SUV across the street is now officially part of the landscape.
