The Official Mushroom Thread

I saw lots of fungi in Allamuchy, while biking on Thursday. I am posting these pictures for interest and entertainment. I realize they are probably not sufficient for identification.

Coincidentally, I saw lots of red-colored ones on the Red trail.

Red Russula sp.

Not sure. Underneath shot would help.

Too far and there may be more than 1 type of fungii species in that photo. But I'd guess Ductifera pululahuana.

Too old.

ductifera pululahuana . white jelly fungus

Not sure. Some type of Lactarius maybe.

amanita sect. lapidella or sect. roanokensis

Kinda looks like boletes (at least the top one). Need to see underneath and stipe details for better ID.

Bolete seems likely. Need to see underneath and stipe details for better ID.

Probably Cantharellus sp . chanterelle . Need to see gills to confirm.
