Biggest loser

Great job everyone! Really impressive and KUDOS!

I've been checking in to see how people are doing - I stopped posting because...well, it's 4/1 and I'm down 1 lb since we started, so I didn't see the point in posting "status quo". I've continued my new habits, been running/CrossFit and riding throughout. I've already run my first 10k (on a dreadmill) for 2022 and have goals to add more. Feeling stronger on the bike and lifting heavier. All good.

Update...

I decided to fast for 3 days to see what would happen. Felt pretty good so I did a colon cleanse to take it up a notch. I gotta say, I have never slept so well in my life. Last night I felt like I weighed 20 lbs less. This morning I got up and threw on my old wrestling plastic suit then jumped in the sauna for 45 minutes.

Just got off the scale ... 194 😱

That's -14 lbs in less than 4 days. WOW!

This is progress, but consistency is key. Be careful doing too much at once or your body may hate you and force you to overeat for the next month 😉. I have done something like that in the past, and sure enough the next week I got a cold and felt like crap and ate everything in sight.

Nah. April fools. This was last night’s dinner…

165.8 weigh in this morning. That’s -40.6 lbs down. 165 is the goal, does that mean I’m there? The number geek in me wants to see 165.0. Either way it’s awesome!
Lol.nope need 165 exactly haha. I'm at 165.2 today 34.9 down lol need that extra .1 to hit the goal but the reality is I still have allittle left to go to be fully happy. maybe get down to 160 and that little bit of belly i have left will be gone. My Weight loss has slowed to a crawl at this point so I think those last 5 pounds are going to take a long ass time to drop. I had been at a 12 day plateau today I broke through it but tomorrow's weight in will tell me if it's a legit break through

Week 12

Start: 208.3
Current: 190.0
Diff: 18.3
Last week: -.9
Weekly: -5.9, -1.3, -1.6, -2.8, -1.8, -1.1, -1.6. -0.8, +1.4, +1.4, -3.3,-.9
Goal: Low 170s

Damn, I forgot to weigh myself in the morning - might have broken the 190 barrier.
Not bad for a week where I was less than strict, but got some decent exercise.
Looking forward to Fun Monday! Try to get this going again!

Funny graph - i guess it is the last 30 days?

E2M program Round 2, Week 3, Day 6

Diet
Week started out on plan with I.F. and following along. For some reason I was having hunger pangs early on Thurs and Fri. Broke the fast early, around 7:30, by eating a few small clementines and that held me over until 10:30. Other than that, resisted the birthday treats in the office and pizza at my parents house on Sunday. Water is at or exceeding a gallon depending on amount of exercise. Cheat meal this week is sushi from Sagami, regularly voted tops in the Philly area. BYOB, so taking a walk in my 'hood to Tonewood Brewing for a 4pk.

Exercise
Sticking to plan circuits and spin bike sessions. Got out for a ride last Sunday on the new Pivot Trail 429, and again this morning. The bike fits me perfectly. Also graduated from thumb physical therapy yesterday. No pain for a while and range of motion is 90%, strength is pretty much back too. Will just have to keep working it on my own. Looking like the first race test will be the MASS Fair Hill race, endurance SS or 50+, on 4/23.

Weight
1/2/22 Starting weight = 235.4
3/26/22 Current weight = 196.2
Diff: weekly down 1.8, total lost = 39.2
Giddy with the results of this weeks weight in. Now that the weather is warming up and spending more time outside exercising and following the fitness plan, my goal of 185 or more by 4/30 looks obtainable. Going out clothes shopping today. My boxer briefs are pretty much boxers now. Size 40 work pants are too baggy, and the 38s are starting to look too big as well. Cutting 2" off the belt again. So far, my cycling clothing was already too tight and fits better.

Wife has had excellent results as well. Down 1.6lbs for the week, 19.6lbs overall. She's re-evaluating her goals because she can't believe the progress she's making. IM140.6 weight from '14 is within reach for her.
E2M program Round 2, Week 4, Day 6

I'm a day late checking in.
Diet
Meals are still on point with I.F. I did contact the coaches about how to handle fueling for longer rides (2-4hrs) that start while in the fasting window. Got a quick reply and was told to have a serving of carbs during the early meals the day before. Break the fast before the ride with a meal and fuel during the ride like I normally would. Worked well yesterday during a 3hr ride at Wissahickon on the new bike. Cheat meal was at another long-time local with my parents, Mulligan's. I had the Pike Burger: lettuce, tomato, onion, bacon, PORK ROLL, fried onions and provolone. It did not suck!

Exercise
Continuing with the plan circuits and finished 11wks of Time Crunched Cyclist interval plan on the spin bike. Will continue to spin, but not so structured and going to mix in some outside rides. As I mentioned, took the new Pivot to Wiss for rocks and climbs. The bike is amazing, but it's been quite some time since I did rocks and climbs like that, and I'm feeling it this morning.

Weight
1/2/22 Starting weight = 235.4
4/2/22 Current weight = 194.4
Diff: weekly down 1.8, total lost = 41
4 more weeks to go in this round. If I'm going to make my goal of 50lbs total, will need to hit some weekly numbers of greater than 1.8lbs. Not a big deal if I don't, but it's definitely possible. Starting to wonder if I do another round, but most likely going to switch to maintenance for the summer. Wife and I were talking about it again yesterday. We will be sticking to this lifestyle change. We're both finding we fit into clothes we haven't worn in a long time. Her more that me as I've been wearing the bigger clothes for so long.

Wife's down again .8lbs, 6.2lbs this round, and a total loss of 20.4lbs.

Alright the plateau is officially broken and like every other one I hit I dropped significantly after finally breaking through! Todays weigh in was 164.0 breaking past my 3rd goal of 35lbs and down a total of 36.1 lbs. I really don't want to set a number goal going forward because honestly I have no clue what it will take to loose the rest but I will know it when I'm there.

Well very hesitant on this one this post but here it is 90 day transformation... like I said above works not done yet but almost there!! Hopefully some motivation for others View attachment 182116View attachment 182117
As a fellow hairball, I understand your hesitation in showing your face. 😂

On a serious note, nice job on the body transformation! I contemplated taking a “before” picture but chickened out.

It's the werewolf genes haha. @Patrick convinced me on taking a before pic with some of his posts in the beginning of this thread just took me a few days to listen to it haha
