What nuance of red should have @Pearl paint his 2014 EM SS to get $1500 for it? Let’s debate.

Well now my Pivot BB is seized and down.
And being old and tired of spending money everyday on shit, I realized I have this bike sitting around here. So new tire, swap bars and I have a working bike for now. Its a Medium Jabbawocky which is kinda almost a large. All I need is a rigid straight headtube fork and I will be ok.

Is the large white one on PB gone? It's probably cheaper than find a good rigid straight fork for that one.
 
OK, let's change the speed here. New problem.

Frame is on it's way, just got the notification e-mail. Awesome!

Tried to change delivery to my office address, it doesn't allow me to do it (I guess to far from my address). Less than awesome... I have time until 1/4/2021 but hopefully not.

Being currently in the penalty box because I was stupid enough top point out an obvious problem with the wife's execution of a task I had offered to execute myself but was told she would do because she'd rather do it (envision being told so with the facial expression that really means "I'm doing it because I don't trust you not to screw it up"). Bloody awful!

As pointed out before the frame is only another bike part, so I'm going definitely with that. Good.

I'm going to try and change delivery directly at the UPS facility. Not likely but I'm keeping hope.

Anybody developed any specific skills in sneaking big packages under a spouse silently looking for revenge?

Remove delivery as soon as it gets there, unpackage, dispose of packaging as quickly as possible. If questioned, say it was tires.

Diverting to local UPS facility might be your only hope. Otherwise if you need, send it to my house. I'm still WFH most days and can squirrel boxes away if I get to them first.😛

Shopping online for Christmas has covered for a lot of things. I may not have as much cover in February when I am expecting a larger box.

That maybe work. You don't need to sneak anything, I can divert the package to your address and you can claim that I could not receive the package at home that day (being out of town, sick, whatever) and I didn't want to have such a big package sitting in from of the house unattended...the beauty of it all is that it works both ways, I've got yourback for February!

Color is 'almost' the same, I can deal with the aftermath, it's the visual impact of the big box

I made the guy an offer of $400 all in with shipping. He said thanks and that he was entertaining other offers. That was the last I heard so thats that.

I already have a Fork connection from a very good board member who will remain nameless because he may have more stuff for me in his parts bin and I don't want you all to get them.

Gee, thank you @Mitch! Not really,. Probably worth it, but I don't think it's really NOS and I would just use the frame, I already have 99% of the other components so...but damn!
