TM/trail build this Friday 12/8 9am

Yep a Friday session cause we love building trails & the Park loves the improvements and the free labor. Plan is to continue the work we started at the last session with a loop in a underutilized section. We are getting some help from that awesome local landscape company but the more the merrier. If you have off from work, work an odd schedule or just want to help out, please do.

Details:

- MEETING AT GILBRIDE ROAD. The small lot next to the bridge on Gilbride Road at 9:00am.
- We will walk to the work site ( short walk).
- Tools will be supplied.
- Bring work gloves and wear appropriate shoes/boots for working.
- Dress warm, going to be a bit of a cold start.

Anyone know why the newer trail (the one with all the camel humps) at the top of blue section is blocked off? Someone put sticks and logs on the trail about the first 40 feet or so.

It’s a rogue trail. Not built with parks permission

Great session today. Got the loop complete thanks to the High Tech Guys. Pretty happy with how it turned out.

Also thanks to the Park people for letting us get in there today. They sent 5 Rangers to help us out.

And of course, thanks to Ian, Tom & Mike for lending a hand, much appreciated.

I think it will be fine. Conditions were good today & it will be cold enough overnight with only light snow to start. I plan to head over. Want to see how the addition rides.
