Thanksgiving Day Dirt Road Ride - Hackettstown!

Start off your Thanksgiving with a scenic road/gravel ride from Marty's Reliable Cycle Hackettstown shop! 33 miles/2400 ft of climbing. A road or cyclocross bike with tires wider than 25c is the best tool for the job. We'll be riding on mostly paved back roads with gravel, dirt, and rail trail sections and some unpaved climbing. 16 mph pace, friendly group, ride happy, get hungry. And avoid those Turkey Day turkey hunters on the mtb trails..

11/26 9 am start in front of the Hackettstown Marty's 156 Main Street Hackettstown, NJ 07840

This looks like the ticket for me, now I have a few days to ponder tire selection....

Perhaps put an easier cog in the SS cross bike and swap the front tire for something a little gravel friendly. Looking to avoid 'flats for fats'.
