No idea, but coghlans sells a sleeve kit for repairing poles. You could make one yourself out of an oversized pole (the sleeve) and a proper diameter section (the repair piece). Sand until they fit snugly, then epoxy the repair piece inside the sleeve, flush with one end, and the sleeve onto the undamaged section of the original pole, about 3", or so. Campmor has got to have a box of broken poles in the back.
Of course, you could also probably just replace the damaged section from a donor of the appropriate size...
