There are some great trails going in over at Sterling. If you like them and want them to go in faster, you may want to consider lending a hand at a volunteer day. The americorps ( paid workers ) are done for the season, and volunteer efforts could really move this trail building process along. There is a volunteer work day this Sunday August 27 at 8:30am. It was great to see so many volunteers last Sunday. Thank you from the community! I hope the momentum continues. If it does, this trail may be fully open by year end. We had another small work group up there today and got some big stuff in place, but will need more hands soon. Next volunteer work day is September 10.
