ROLA Crossbars that fit the latest Nissan Rogue, and I believe they fit the older model as well.

These haven't been used much and I only put them on the vehicle when I need them, as they are really easy to install in about 5 minutes. They come with locks to prevent theft also. They are flat/ oval-ish so they look a lot nicer than the Thule or Yakima (IMO), and they don't overhang the rails, so these actually look like they are factory parts. I have mounted a Yakima Skybox and Thule ski racks to it. I'm sure most racks will be able to be mounted to it, but you're own your own to check.
