Riding between nj and rochester

I have a meeting in Rochester tomorrow am. I have to head up at some point today, any good mountain biking between the del gap and Rochester? nothing to crazy, I’ll be riding by myself.

@mattybfat may be able to give you some pointers on the best loop. I once did it, just rode around the lake. It was nice.
