Apparently a very popular business. They would need our furniture for at least 3 months or we can wait till the off season. We'll probably wait till Fall, but anyone have a second best suggestion?
I can drop off the furniture, just let me know when you'll be finished.

Might be time to go a different direction. My wife thinks the guy at The Southern Company was very knowledgeable, but the original $1000ish verbal estimate became $5300 when it was put in writing.
