Not 100% sure honestly? They were on a CX frame I bought. I've seen the combo around a few times, but couldn't tell you exactly why. I can send you photos if you'd like!

The Neo-Retro provides good power and mud clearance, but crappy heal clearance when used in the rear. That's where the Touring comes in.
