Ive been looking for a rear marta sl for months now..

I think I found one but it has the same caliper as the front(the one that mounts right to the frame) I thought they made a different one for the rear that uses a mount. My front marta looks the same(left handle obviously) and when you mount it right to the frame it works with a 180mm rotor. So would I need a 180 for the rear too?

You can use a 180 rotor if you want to. The adapters are around $10.
