Less baggy'ish MTB Shorts?

Thanks to @Mitch as I was leaving for a ride tonight two pairs of these shorts showed up!
I'd put these definitely up with my two favorite shorts, the Cognative and the Pactimo Apex. The material is somewhere in the middle and design is very similar to the Cognative. Lots of stretch, not very loose. They are tight enough in the upper part that nothing seems like it should get caught on the saddle, not baggy going down the leg.
I don't use a chamois so no issues with seams. But that's on a shortish MTB ride not one where I was in the saddle for an extended period of time.
100X better than any Fox, Pearl Izumi etc shorts I've purchased.
Only concern I may have is they aren't very long which I know is a concern with some people who ride with knee pads.
Not that I care about style but they'd look good just as regular shorts. I'd totally buy a pants if they made them.
