Integrated Shifters, rear der. and Rear Road Wheel

Looking for some really cheap integrated shifters and rear wheel for a project bike for my son. The shifters can be anything as long as they are functional, the cheaper the better (Sora, Tiagra etc.). Also could use a rear dérailleur too.

I found an old Motobecane steel frame and going to make it into a cross type commuter for him.

Theres a dude selling Sram Apex kit for pretty cheap on this forum. $200 bucks for new shifters and both derailleurs.
