Single wrap, but overlap the ends by maybe 4” centered over the valve hole.

I was able to cut mine in half and use both sides, so no waste. But my rims were normal size rims, not plus or fat.

When in doubt, geometry! Make your 10th grade math teacher proud.

C = circumference
r = radius

Add a few inches of overlap as suggested.

Correct answer is zero. Get some velox, overlap at the valve hole. Like Pat says, use some sort of tube filled with air in your favorite tyre, pumpity pump so you don’t pinch, go ride.
