Right now it’s basically just whatever I hit during my other lifts. Art’s Program is more of an all-around thing than doing individual body parts. Although Renegade Rows are pretty brutal on the mid section.

Wet Commute this morning. Have a quick overnighter planned for Friday/Saturday so I’m taking my 2nd Recovery Day today to prep a little.

Little overnighter. 200k today, 200k home tomorrow. Slow going today with about 10k of climbing around Harriman and then north of the Border across to Port Jervis for the night. Had a pretty sweet dinner in the hotel restaurant and now it’s night night time.

Day 2 of this trip I spent sort of exploring some gravel sections to add into some of my other loops. Thankfully that’s totally plausible with Elphie, even with 32c tires.

Somehow my math was off and I had to jump on the Trainer to button up the Festive 500.

So here’s my actual year totals. Not as high as previous years but I feel like I had a good year despite an ass load of bad luck. I almost enjoy riding my bike again…
