my garmin unit has lost it maps.i think i'ved accidently deleting it.
can anyone pinpoint me how to get it back.(i'm no good/ geek with comp)

Have you tried the Garmin website? If you have your device registered and have purchased the maps from the website they should have them stored for you.

There are also updates available for free on the website.

no,i didn't buy any maps from garmin.

the built in maps was totally gone.
also the one that ive'd downloaded for free.was gone too.

so no maps at all in the unit.

maybe i'll have to buy maps from them.
