Fat bikes are just a fad

There will be a group of people out there that will always hate fat bikes. It happens. Those people can't help it. They don't understand.

I have a rolling theory that people that don't like Metallica also don't like fat bikes. Let's do a poll to test this.

Fat bikes are fun. As is every bike in the best possible environment.

Ride a lot of bikes, own a quiver and support you local bike shop.

(An any other small business you like. ).

Remember cool hardware store?? Cool bike shops could be next.
 
I'm a serious fishing guy with highly specific gear for certain situations. Getting back into biking in the last few years the fat bike made biking make more sense to me as a specialized tool just like my various fishing gear options. It has opened up my thinking and given me more options.....which has me biking more. I love the fat bike for that. I'm not giving up my carbon FS bike for a second. BUT my fat bike has its place and will be taking the snaps from now until probably March.

Solid Metallica supporter btw....ha ha

Sorry to ruin your theory. Love fatbikes. Not into Metallica.
