Creating intervals on Training Peaks or Wahoo?

I use my iphone with an hdmi apple adaptor to project on my flatscreen tv.

You can create the workout on any device, then it saves to Custom Workouts. You could create it on a laptop, desktop, whatever.

Then open Zwift on your phone, pull it from Custom Workouts.
 
It’s easy as long as you’re not using AppleTV. I build mine in TP and drop it onto the daily calendar. It’ll then import into Zwift, unfortunalty with AppleTV and Zwift it won’t save the workout past the date it’s originally assigned to.
How do you build them in TP?
