If your a shop guy I will trade for the parts/labor to make my Surly 10 speed plus the lacing of my rear wheel (or new rear wheel) to accommodate plus the difference in cash or parts. Going to need to SPD shoes and a Helmet soon too.

10 speed drivetrain will bring the 200 mile day within my reach.
