Connecting Trails

Although the lines look all legit on that map, the further east you go, the more of a pipe dream this route turns into. I have ridden all sections between the GAP and Morristown and aside from summer overgrowth on the less traveled sections it's good to go with minimal road sections. Connecting down from Black River WMA to Patriot's Path and Stephens to Patriot's Path can be a little difficult to follow but definitely rideable. Once you cross in the Essex County there are a ton of sections where you can't legally bike.
