Building a wheel set, quick question

So I've grown to love my gravel cross bike so much I want to make it my roadie as well. I want to build a Decent wheel set to have one set for road one set for dirt mud trails. The reason I posted here in cross is such...its 100mm x 15 thru axle and 142mm x 12. It's disc and also a shimano 11 speed. WHEELS ARE HARD TO FIND, that are on the cheaper side and more road oriented vs huge mtb rims. ANYWAYS will a shimano 11 spd Road cassette fit on a shimano mtb 11 spd hub. I searched " on the line " but only got tangled in 10 spd or 8/9/10 spd questions. This is more direct 11spd road gear on a mtb hub question. THANKS guys!! Worse comes to worse I can call my lbs and see if they can get me another set of factory wheels but I rather "upgrade"

If you are building, the BHS MTB270 142x12 hubs take 11 speed. Add some Grail or ardennes rims and you're in business. If you want a more budget option, Kinlin tubeless disc rims are decent...probably <$350 all together for that option.

DT240/350 also adapt between 135 and 142 easily by changing the end.
