I did a quick search and did not find anything, if there is a bike hacks thread then mods can move this.
Yup my thoughts exactlySo simple, yet never thought of it. Could’ve used that one a number of times over the years on the trail. Sometimes that link can be a bitch.
All the good beer comes in cans these days anyway. This seems like a lot more effort than needed. I would guess I could find 12 random items to use before I flipped my bike for this.
Who doesn't carry a hammer on the trail, genius! So simple, yet never thought of it. Could’ve used that one a number of times over the years on the trail. Sometimes that link can be a bitch.
Exactly, I have the OneUp one, same difference. This is why I carry one of these in my pack along with spare master links for both Shimano and SRAM. Takes up very little room.

Stan’s injector. Right thru the valve stem. You can trust me, I’m one of the biggest hacks going.
I went even better. Cut the bottom off the bottom mini bottle and pour from the quart. You can just use a Stan's mini bottle right thru the valve stem. Get one for free at a race/event and then just refill it.

How much Stan's are you putting in there?
You don't fill yours up 😉

I do the same except when we were at the factory Stan gave Joy a lifetime supply of those bottles. So I've been working my way through those bottles and also probably killing the environment with all those bottles. You can just use a Stan's mini bottle right thru the valve stem.
