Bike Bandits Hitting Bike shops in Metro Area

don't feel so bad when people get caught for lifting at Walmart
but this is terrible. Good that they now have good photos of the thieves.
In Chinatown they publicly shame shoplifters by posting their pictures at the entrances, it's probably illegal in some way but could deter would be thieves
 
If I read the article correctly they did post the pics at some bike shops already and in one case the lady recognized herself and left. Hope they get caught soon.
