BB question. BB30 to GXP..

You can use different types of adapters to make it work. Do you already have the xos? The bb30 version will be lighter, stiffer, and have more ankle clearance. All good things on the mtb.
 
Yea, I ordered them for my bike ( carbon stumpy 29er), currently gxp, but decided to go another route. Friend has the Jamis.
