Needs a quick cleaning, but otherwise, it's good to go. Brand new bottom bracket. 9 speed cassette.
I'd do a frame/fork swap if you want to keep the 10 speed rear that you currently have.

I've wanted this frame since it came out but I think you want to get rid of all the stuff attached to the frame as well but my basement is full of similar stuff. GLWS
