I know this will be a cake walk for some of you, but for those of you like me, lets do it. I'm hoping it will be a good way to kick start getting in shape for mountain biking this summer. I am woefully out of shape, and the last couple of times I did a challenge like this, it definitely made a difference. Realistically, I need to get it done before the 25th, I will be traveling for work after that. Starting now!
