Rolling to Moab till Tuesday with my friends from mile high keep club . Been working so much that I decided a nice break would be good .
I also bought one of these , having a winch and stuff put on it , I purchased through my company because we have a few jobs that are inaccessible in my truck . And this thing can tow 1200 pounds . Plus it will be nice for camping and stuff on the divide . Good way to go loose myself for a weekend in the Rockies

I’m supposed to leave for Estes Park today to finish up a project , but looks like it’s a snow day ....about 8 on the ground and another 14 hours of snow . Good thing is it will be gone in 2 days
I have been going nonstop so some time to chill and get caught up on paperwork and bidding is always welcome .
It's nice to sit by the wood stove and get centered . I have been out here for a few weeks shy of a year . When I left I was kind of forced out , I went for 7 months with out any real income coming in due to the fact that I came out here for the summer to work on my house and really didn't think how devistating it would be on my company . I went from a confident contractor to a guy that watched a very healthy bank account dwindle down to almost nothing . I left the east with almost nothing . Fast forward to today and life is so different . I am a completely opposite person of the negative fuck you it's about me attitude . I am grateful &I humbled at what has been a crazy ride and where I am heading . Life really is amazing and I feel like mine just started .

I do miss doing a good TM evening and then chillin at the bench on top of the hill on spring side in the fall having a nice IPA and the smell of burning leavesBut come on, on the real, you miss NJ, right?

It’s a 3 bedroom home with a full walkout basement and a ldeck .the basement has a bedroom sauna , full bath fireplace
Main floor is living , dining , kitchen,main entry , master bd and full bath with a 10 c16 master closet , master bath is 5 piece . Second floor 2 bed rooms and a badass bathroom all bath showers have thumbprint scanners to set temp and water flow to each individual ( no more turning valves ) there is a massive bonus room that is a office chill room with a yoga area ( pot smoking area ) The main floor has a deck . 1 fireplace
Kitchen is badass , 4 ft wolf duel action stove drawer micro , 48 inch thermadore double door fridge . It’s a big kitchen I think it has 47 drawers . It has killer views and divide views you can also watch about 30 firework displays all the way to Wyoming on the 4th from

Homes we are building now one in Breckinridge. And one in evergreen if he wants to see quality , I also own 7 1 plus acre lots that are all build able and we can build to suit . Lots are in boulder and Jefferson county , average sq ft costs for building in Jefferson is 360 a sq boulder co is 450 a square those prices are for normal homes . Not custom . Did you ever get out of New Germany and get to Fla ? Hope you are well buddy !
