I saw on the FB page there were some troubles early this summer but can anyone tell me if this is currently open?

Looking to take kids on a rail trail + pump track adventure this weekend and Port Jervis is too far.

Looking to take kids on a rail trail + pump track adventure this weekend and Port Jervis is too far.

My family and I haven’t been there this year. It was closed due to a flaw in the storm water design until the summer. It’s open but not in very good shape from what I’ve heard.
