So there's an old saying "nobody likes a hillbilly until they need something fixed "
So getting the mower ready for the year usual stuff oil change new belt mowing going good all of a sudden stops cutting spring that engages belt broke got out the torch heated up the broke end and bent it around quenched with beer mowing lawn again

Exhaust leak on neighbors 2000 Cherokee, and not wanting to deal with it ......

I suck at welding to begin with, and even moreso when laying down under a vehicle in a tight space 😅. But guess what, it ain't structural and itll hold until the vehicle gets scrapped 🤪

We had a gokart years ago. The cvt spring broke so we shoved rocks in the cvt mechanism to hold it in gear.

Prev owner left an old 5 gal milk can behind. I don't have cows so I figured it'd make a fun chimnea project. FYI, Chimnea's that hold only 1 log are not useful.

Ok so my temp fix failed again time to get a proper spring but before I do I had to hillbilly it again found a j hook did a little bending and spreading of the old spring and finished the lawn before rain came
